These terms apply when you buy the NEXT PART skill or order a video, cameo, avatar or shoutout from You Decide Studio (Why Though? @whythough010 and How Come? @howcome01). By sending an order you agree to them.

1. How an order works

You send the order form. Nothing is charged at that point.
We reply by email with a secure payment link and, for videos, a delivery date. If we can't do what you asked, we tell you.
After payment we email the download (the skill) or start the work.

2. The NEXT PART skill

It runs on your own computer: Windows 10/11 and Claude Code with a paid Claude plan. Those tools and plans are not part of the price.
One licence is for one person or one channel. Please don't share, resell or re-upload the skill files.
Updates to version 1 are included. Setup help is by email.
The videos you make with it are yours to post and earn from. Use your own characters and stories, not someone else's.
Our videos show what the skill can make. They are not a promise of your views or income.

3. Custom videos, cameos, avatars and shoutouts

You must have permission to send the photos, names and text you give us, including the permission of anyone shown or named.
We don't make anything sexual, hateful, or meant to scare, insult or harass a real person.
One round of small changes is included after delivery. You may share and post your video.
A cameo or shoutout never changes how a story goes. The comments decide that, and votes are never for sale.

4. Refunds

The skill is a digital download. Once the download link is sent, sales are final. The only refunds: we never sent your link, or you were charged twice for the same order.
Check "You'll need" before you buy. A computer or plan that doesn't meet it is not a reason for a refund.
Videos, cameos, avatars and shoutouts: full refund if you cancel before we start work. After delivery we fix real mistakes in what we agreed.

5. Who owns what

The skill's code, our stories, characters and art style stay ours. You get the right to use the skill, not to sell it. We only show your order as a sample if you say yes.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. An order follows the terms that applied when it was paid.
